UNBOUND is an independent Minecraft community coordinated by Aron. The official website is https://unbound-community.com . It brings together guides, news, maps, activities and support. The project is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.
How do I join on Java?
Add unboundmc.duckdns.org to your server list. Follow the installation guide and use UNBOUND (verificado). The official updater prepares the client and AutoModpack synchronizes server content. Check the certificate listed in the guide before accepting it.
How do I join on Bedrock?
Use unboundmc.duckdns.org, port 19132, and accept the server resource pack. Java and Bedrock do not necessarily provide identical interfaces or full mod compatibility. See the Bedrock guide if your device cannot add external servers.
Is the server open right now?
Check the live status in Support. Availability is not guaranteed 24/7. The announced public opening is 19 December 2026; authorized early access applies beforehand. A website account does not grant early access to Minecraft.
Do I need to pay or join Discord to browse?
No. Guides, news, the map, catalog and leaderboard are public. Email registration is free and does not require Discord or a newsletter subscription. You need your own Minecraft edition to play; the website does not include a game license. Optional products show prices and conditions in the store.
Which account do I need?
Create a web account with a code sent to your email. Existing passwords still work. For game balances, Staff roles and Discord-linked services, use the corresponding Discord account. An email-only account never inherits another account's permissions, purchases or balance, even if the email matches.
What does the server offer?
The guides cover survival, building, exploration, Waystones, backpacks, cooking, Create, dungeons and expeditions. Each guide explains requirements and limitations. News records published changes; a preview does not mean a feature is installed.
Are cars still available?
Playable cars were removed for performance reasons and are not for sale. Their models remain on the website in Explore 3D. The viewer is an exhibition, not a promise of vehicles available in Minecraft.
